Teddy Van Gough

Film Producer/ Director

Teddy Van Gough shares that he was a product of his environment. That environment was Joy Rd., in Detroit, MI. He believes in hard work, zero excuses and being the example for those who are in need. Growing up with a single mother gave him perspective; and in return, he shares that he gave her hell as a youth.

Teddy jokes that his head was harder than a brick from an Egyptian pyramid. His mother believed in school, good grades, and a good job with benefits. They used to collide like rams in the wild on this concept because he always believed in being independent. Teddy wanted to provide opportunities and help uplift the community. Through various endeavors in the community, he strives to do so daily.
